今日是創立聖誕節鳥類調查（Audubon Christmas Bird Count）Frank M. Chapman先生（上圖）150歲的冥誕，在他擔任美國自然史博物館（American Museum of Natural History）館長期間於中美洲與南美洲進行了許多調查，而他最愛的鳥鳴聲是墨西哥的灰孤鶇（Myadestes unicolor, Slate-colored Solitaire）。
